This paper explores the experience of using two deliberative technology tools, Pol.is and Remesh.ai, in social dialogue and participatory processes in Central Asia. It reflects on their application within peacebuilding and civic engagement initiatives carried out in collaboration with civil society.

Since August 2024, Search for Common Ground Kyrgyzstan has integrated deliberative technologies across a variety of contexts, including internal team reflections and organizational learning processes, as well as multi-stakeholder dialogues, cross-border design work, and community-level discussions.

The paper presents analysis from two perspectives: the experience of those who designed and facilitated processes using these tools, and the feedback of participants who engaged with them directly. It aims to contribute to a broader understanding of how deliberative technologies can strengthen collective reasoning and support more inclusive forms of dialogue and participation.
