Peaceful change in a Turbulent World | T.V. Paul

This public conversation between Professor T.V. Paul from McGill University in Canada and Professor Kai He from Toda Peace Institute focuses on one of the most important questions in world politics: Is peaceful change still possible in an increasingly turbulent international system at a time of profound international uncertainty?
