Paulo Baleinakorodawa is the Director Programs and co-Founder of Transcend Oceania, a just peace and development regional non-governmental organisation based in Fiji in the South Pacific. Previously, he served in many roles as a peacebuilding specialist in various peacebuilding development organisations and institutions. Paulo has worked as an inde- pendent peacebuilding consultant across the Pacific, providing peace and conflict training, technical support and mentoring as well as providing group process facilitation as a non- violent strategy. He leads Transcend Oceania's integrated peacebuilding approach to deal with climate change related conflicts in communities affected by climate change using dia- logue, mediation and trauma healing. Paulo holds an MA in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding from Eastern Mennonite University in the USA.
