Olivia Stokes Dreier is a Senior Research Fellow for Toda Peace Institute on Global Challenges to Democracy. She is currently a Senior Peacebuilding Advisor to Karuna Center for Peacebuilding where she served for many years as Executive Director. In collaboration with local partners, she has developed and led peacebuilding programs in over 20 conflict-affected countries worldwide, working at all levels of society, from national and regional governing bodies to networks of civil society and community-based organizations. Programs have focused on post-conflict reconciliation, early response to early warning of emerging conflict, conflict prevention in deeply divided societies, and cross-sector dialogue and engagement. Ms. Dreier also directed the Conflict Transformation Across Cultures (CONTACT) Graduate Certificate Program at the School for International Training in Vermont, U.S.A.
