Dr Tim Bryar has over 15 years of experience in the Pacific Islands region and has expertise in the areas of geopolitics, strategic policy, policy analysis, peace and conflict, and human rights. He was a senior policy advisor at the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat and has established networks with government and non-government agencies, academics, and activists. Tim has a PhD from the University of Sydney and has published on aspects of peace and nonviolence theory, philosophy, and psychoanalysis.
