Manuel Galileo, CEng, is a foreign affairs, AI, public policy, and military analyst, and a Chartered Civil Engineer. He holds an MSc in International Relations (Research) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MA in Diplomacy from SOAS University of London. His multidisciplinary background enables him to connect diplomacy, weaponeering, and strategic studies. He has worked on large-scale intergovernmental infrastructure projects including deep-water ports and oil refineries across three continents, and brings experience in Sino-European industrial collaboration and startup ecosystems.
