Jody Oetzel (she/her) is a recent graduate of the Master of Global Affairs program at the University of Notre Dame. Jody previously worked with the National League of Cities, at the Chicago Council of Global Affairs, and as a development intern in Sri Lanka. She currently researches urban technology.
