Huang Kwei-Bo is Professor at the Department of Diplomacy & Center for Global and Regional Risk Assessment, College of International Affair, National ChengChi University (NCCU), Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. He also serves as Secretary General of Taiwan’s Association of Foreign Relations.
