In part one of two short conversations with Dr. Volker Boege, he discusses the importance the phasing out fossil fuels, as outlined 20 years ago in the Otin Taai Declaration, and the hopes for advancing the Fossil Fuels Non-Proliferation Treaty in Dubai.
