Lorelei Kelly is a leading expert on Congress, democracy innovation, and public interest technology. She is a Principal at Public Good Group and recently led Georgetown University’s congressional modernization portfolio, developing tools and practices to institutionalize democratic resilience, like integrating local knowledge and deliberation into representative decision making. Previously, she directed the Smart Congress Project at New America and also led Security for a New Century–a bipartisan study group in the House and Senate.
