Climate campaigner and social activist Reverend James Bhagwan has welcomed Australia’s return to the United Nation’s Green Climate Fund.
But says Reverend Bhagwan, who is General Secretary of the Pacific Conference of Churches, a stronger stance is needed to stop coal mining.
